Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000 per year + Benefits

We are looking for a New Mexico-licensed LCSW to provide therapy in a fully remote setting. The position involves working with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, family concerns, or major life changes. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, you will use your clinical experience to understand each case, determine what support is appropriate, and manage care from the first appointment through ongoing follow-up.

What the Position Involves

• Meeting with clients through scheduled video appointments
• Completing initial clinical interviews and reviewing relevant history
• Identifying concerns that should be addressed during treatment

Referring clients to outside services when necessary

Maintaining professional and licensing standards for practice in New Mexico

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
