Business Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily business development and client outreach activities Assist with identifying potential business opportunities and prospective clients Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, and business opportunities Follow up with prospects and assist with relationship management Help prepare business presentations, reports, and internal documents Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal team members Assist in tracking business development goals and progress Conduct basic market and company research when needed Provide administrative support to the business development team Help ensure opportunities and important follow-ups are handled efficiently
