Senior Blazor / .NET Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of modernized enterprise web applications, taking complete ownership of codebase scalability and maintainability using

Blazor.NET Core / .NET 6+

• Anchor vendor handoff cycles by collaborating closely with external modernization partners during acceptance testing to rapidly absorb codebase details and establish internal operational ownership.
• Design and execute high-impact frontend and backend features across core clinical work areas and enterprise reporting integrations.
• Establish robust security patterns to proactively mitigate vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS) and manage dependency updates to maintain system integrity.
• Serve as an active architectural voice within cross-functional PODs, directly communicating trade-offs and technical decisions to North American product stakeholders and executive leaders.

Requirements

6+ Years of Professional Engineering Experience

• Demonstrated track record in senior technical roles leading complex, enterprise-level web development initiatives.
• 2 to 3+ years of full-time, hands-on experience building web applications using
• Deep practical knowledge of schema normalization, query tuning, indexing strategies, and stored procedure optimization with

SQL Server

• Practical experience implementing application security defenses, handling library upgrades, and profiling application performance bottlenecks.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for direct, high-trust interaction with U.S. client partners.
