Responsibilities

Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely
conflicts, and grievances.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance
reviews, and development plans.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
5-8 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related issues.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding.
