Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform Details analysis of FullStory report and Video streams.
• Configure various funnels, Segments and other FullStory component Reports suitable and efficient for analysis.
• Understand DAZN Product flow and variations so that appropriate Search configuration can be done in FullStory.
• Generate Details and High-level Executive report for stakeholder distribution

Having Certification in FullStory product suite

• Total 3+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant exp in FullStory tool as an expert user of this.
• Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing principles.
• Familiarity with Analytics using Google Analytic to perform funnel analysis and various comparative analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
