Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks
• Drive technology decision-making across business units and platforms
• Align architecture with ROI² goals (Return on Investment + Return on Impact)
• Multi-Layer Architecture Ownership
• Application Architecture
• Define application landscape, integration patterns, and modernization roadmap
• Monolithic → Microservices / API-driven architectur
• Ensure scalability, modularity, and reusability
• Enable data-as-a-product mindset
• Governance & Operating Model
• Establish architecture governance frameworks
• Architecture Review Board (ARB)
• Design authority forums

Requirements

• 12–18+ years in technology roles, with:
• 5+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles
• Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred

• Digital transformation programs
• Platform-based product development

Lead transition from

Platform Architecture

• Design and govern platform-based ecosystems (data, AI, ESG platforms, etc.)
• Drive “Tools → Platform” transformation

• Help execute cloud strategy (Azure)

Ensure

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership (CTO, Head of Data & Innovation, Head of Infrastructure & Chief Product Officer)
