Architect - Data Centre (Bangkok)

Responsibilities

Prepare the design, planning, and development of data centre architecture and IT infrastructure projects.
Develop and oversee architectural drawings, schematics, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Liaise with local authorities for project submissions and approvals.
Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into architectural designs.
Manage project documentation, including technical reports, presentations, specifications, and design records.
Research and implement sustainable design principles to enhance energy efficiency and project performance.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Participate in client meetings and provide innovative design solutions to optimise project outcomes.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

5–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in data center, IT infrastructure, or commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent visualization and presentation skills, with attention to detail.

Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in the office, with the remaining 3 days working from home
