Job Summary Signals is coming in-house.

You will take ownership of the CI/CD pipeline and test infrastructure that Signals engineers depend on every day, currently operated by a third-party vendor.

This is a critical-path role for the Signals insourcing program: nothing ships until the pipeline is ours.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Signals CI/CD pipeline and test infrastructure end to end.
  • Design and execute handoff of pipeline components from the current vendor.
  • Build fast, reliable, observable build and test cycles.
  • Partner with Engineering Services on shared pipeline standards across programs.
  • Establish pipeline health metrics and an on-call rotation for build infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Qualifications 6+ years in test infrastructure or CI/CD engineering, including production pipeline ownership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
  • Containerized build environments and test orchestration at scale.
  • Track record operating pipelines as products, with real SLOs and observability.

Preferred

  • Prior experience insourcing infrastructure from a third-party vendor.
  • Video or streaming platform CI/CD experience.
  • Multi-team platform work supporting several product lines from one pipeline.
