Floor-Tech

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment, including buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and other related machines.
• Perform routine floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and polishing.
• Assist with stripping, waxing, and restoring floors as needed.
• Inspect assigned areas and address floor care needs to maintain PCMS quality standards.
• Prepare work areas, use equipment and chemicals properly, and leave areas clean and safe when work is complete.
• Clean and maintain equipment after use and promptly report any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Follow hospital safety, infection control, and facility procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors about completed work, supply needs, and any issues that may affect an assignment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications Floor care experience is preferred. Experience using floor machines is a plus. Reliable transportation and availability to work evening shifts are required. Dependable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a professional attitude. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and contribute to a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. What PCMS Offers Competitive pay based on experience.
