Requirements

• Passionate Selling: Individuals who consider themselves the top in their field with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition Relationship Building: Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from provided leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
