**Up to $30/Hour + 40-Hour Guarantee | Monday–Friday | No Flat Rate**

### **Your Role**

As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for customers. You'll work on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high-quality repair standards.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles
Recondition used vehicles
Complete mechanical repairs on customer vehicles
Perform inspections and identify needed repairs
Conduct test drives when necessary
Follow established repair and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop
Help ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards

### **What You'll Need**

Previous experience as an **Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or similar position**
Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Valid driver's license
Own basic hand tools
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screen (**THC excluded**)
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity
