Responsibilities

• Work actively to protect the health, scalability, and "technical debt" management of the instance.
• Work with the latest features in the ServiceNow platform and continue to develop your expertise Guide more junior implementers by e.g. conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to ensure the platform remains upgradeable.
