Nearshore Sector | Full-Stack Engineer - React / Node.js

Responsibilities

• Deploy, containerize, and manage applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement comprehensive automated unit, integration, and E2E testing strategies using modern testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, TestContainers).
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and participate in incident response to maintain platform reliability.
• Work within a cross-functional international Agile/Scrum team, actively participating in technical specification refinement, code reviews, and architectural discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade full-stack web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and strict TypeScript.
• Deep hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambda, IAM).
• Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or TestContainers.

Architecture & API Design

Build resilient, high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs, implementing clean architecture and event-driven design patterns.

Database Management

Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database models (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) to ensure data integrity and high availability.

Containerization & CI/CD

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).

Language Skills

Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
