Manager, Controlling Free Cash Flow & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Free Cash Flow Leadership: Serve as the regional SME for Free Cash Flow (FCF).
• Own, refine, and drive the regional FCF strategy, working capital monitoring, forecasting and tooling.
• Eliminate manual workarounds by designing scalable dashboards and automated models that provide real-time, granular visibility into cash flow performance and regional financial metrics.

• A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong ownership, a hands-on attitude, and the determination to build processes from the ground up and carry projects through to completion.

Cross-Functional Cash Ownership

Partner closely with Country teams, Regional Finance, and functional teams to elevate FCF visibility. Drive cash-conscious decision-making across all business lines and operational initiatives.

Regional Group Consolidation

Lead the consolidation of monthly financial reporting across foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely executive management updates.

Education

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

4–6+ years in Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, with proven hands-on expertise in Free Cash Flow modeling, cash management, or working capital optimization.

Strategic Communication

Ability to distill complex cash flow mechanics into clear narrative insights and strategic recommendations for C-suite and non-finance teams.

Stakeholder Management

You are comfortable working with diverse regional teams and different functions. You should be viewed as a trusted business partner, not just a finance representative.

Technical Skills

You are an expert in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or SQL. Experience with OneStream or Anaplan is a definite plus.
