Responsibilities
- Shape the technical solution with the customer's architects and IT leads on large and complex accounts, and push until answers are specific enough to build on.
- Turn requirements into a clear, implementable specification for our engineers.
- Manage external and internal technical stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and aligned priorities.
- Flag major development needs and blockers early, and bring a clear recommendation to the customer's steering committee.
- Support Project Managers on technical feasibility, effort and sequencing, through the first go-live.
Requirements
- 3+ years in solution design, technical consulting, enterprise integration or technical product work.
- A track record of delivering complex technical projects from requirements engineering to go-live.
- Experience writing specifications that engineers can build from without a translation layer.
- Solid understanding of how enterprise systems exchange data, from file-based interfaces to APIs.
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
Preferred
- Understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including the related finance and accounting workflows.
The opportunity
You work on our most strategic accounts and turn signed deals into live, revenue-generating deployments. On our largest global rollouts, successfully embedding BLP in the customer's system landscape (e.g., ERP) decides whether the go-live date holds. As a Technical Project Manager, you own the technical solution. You shape it with the customer's enterprise architects and IT leads, write the specification our engineers build from, and drive internal alignment and on-time delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience leading the technical design on multi-ERP and multi-country projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of several ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor), from both a functional and an integration perspective.
