Enterprise Architect Program Manager - TS/SCI

Responsibilities

  • Technical: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale IT solutions across DC3's classified and unclassified environments.
  • Cloud: Design and manage hybrid and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) solutions at DoD Impact Levels 4, 5, and 6.
  • Customer: Brief government stakeholders on architecture decisions, risks, and roadmaps, and partner with engineering teams to deliver them.

Requirements

  • B.S. from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the last 10 years in EACH of the following (contract requirement):
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale IT solutions in a DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) environment.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)

  • Hands-on development of architectural artifacts in accordance with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Developing and implementing an enterprise data governance framework, including data modeling, data quality management, and establishing a data catalog.
  • Designing and managing solutions within hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) environments at DoD Impact Levels 4, 5, and 6.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Ideally You Also Have

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Enterprise architecture or cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • DoD 8140-qualifying certification (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
  • Experience supporting DC3, USCYBERCOM, or other DoD cyber organizations.
  • A collaborative communicator who can translate complex architecture into clear decisions for leadership.
