  • Champion code quality, testability, and design standards, providing deep technical reviews and working examples that elevate engineering excellence
  • Evaluate frameworks, tools, and integration strategies, including Salesforce and other CRM platforms, to support scale and interoperability
  • Contribute to and evolve Lantern’s internal architecture guidelines, reference implementations, and technical documentation, with an emphasis on innovation, AI integration, and long-term maintainability
  • Lead technical discovery and prototyping for complex integrations and data flow challenges, including those involving FHIR, HL7, and Kafka
  • Influence technical direction and execution of multi-team projects, ensuring delivery meets high standards of reliability, security, and performance

  • Demonstrated ability to lead architectural initiatives that drive improvements in scalability, performance, reliability, and developer experience
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, DevSecOps, and secrets management best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, drive and ambition to tackle big problems. Big problems require big ideas and a team that supports new ideas.
