Overview

Amca is hiring software engineering interns to build the systems that turn decades of engineering knowledge into structured, usable data. The work broadly falls into two areas: software that digitizes, labels, and organizes millions of technical drawings, designs, and engineering documents, and a custom software suite that makes engineers and factory teams faster across the factories and Protoshop.

Interns work on real production problems with real users on the other end. The tools built here shape how quickly hardware gets designed, built, and shipped.

Basic Qualifications

Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates on plans, updates, and blockers

Preferred Skills and Experience

Strong fluency in using AI coding tools to build and ship efficiently, but does not rely on these tools to write code, nor trust these tools entirely to write flawless code. You are responsible for understanding every line an agent writes.
