Kitchen Sales Designer

Responsibilities

• As a Kitchen Designer, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers using a consultative and attentive approach to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the process of realizing their dream kitchens and bathrooms.
• Establish new accounts by visiting customers, actively participating in the sales process, and achieving individual sales targets.
• This includes following up on open quotes to successfully close sales.
• Utilize your 2020 Design or ProKitchen experience to engage kitchen customers, providing them with innovative designs, product options, and accurate quotes.
• Assist customers not only in kitchen-related matters but also in adjacent departments and special orders.

Requirements

• Maintain a high level of energy and professional appearance, representing our commitment to quality and excellence.
• Sales Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent reading, communication, and math skills, coupled with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Understanding of construction principles, ability to read blueprints and floor plans, contributing to accurate and effective design solutions.

Product Knowledge

Enhance overall customer satisfaction and contribute to increased natural stone and tile sales.

Design Software Proficiency

1-2+ years of experience in 2020 Design or ProKitchen is REQUIRED .

Flexibility

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.

Decision-making and Problem-solving

Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs.

Customer Acquisition

Proactively acquire new customers through a variety of methods, including cold calls and reactivating dormant accounts.

Language Skills
