Your profile

• ✅ Proven experience as a or
• ✅ Proficiency in, plus experience with

Runway, Gemini, or other AI-based tools

• ✅ Strong understanding of
• UGC-style ads direct response storytelling, and platform-specific formats for Meta & TikTok
• ✅ Skilled in building hooks, retention structures, and using motion graphics to enhance performance
• ✅ Able to translate briefs into impactful video concepts
• you thrive under tight deadlines and take ownership of your work
• ✅ You love collaboration and constructive feedback to keep improving every edit
• Fluent in German & English

Experience with

sound design, color grading, or advanced motion graphics

• Involvement in creative direction for UGC shoots or influencer content
• Knowledge of social media trends and emerging ad styles
