Health & Wellbeing

Global Voices provides internal and external health & wellbeing support.  It also runs numerous charity events, sponsor walks and holds its own running club.

About the role

Monday - Friday office-based working (Stirling Head Office) 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)

Planning, scheduling and monitoring multi-lingual projects

Sourcing and co-ordination of translators

Communication with linguists

Administrative tasks including creating quotes and managing inboxes

Who are we looking for?

A related degree or a minimum of 2 years project management/admin experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work on own and part of a team

Additional languages would be beneficial
