Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with machine assembly - You’ll help build our smart vending machines from the ground up, assembling frames, wiring systems, and installing key components. You'll follow clear, step-by-step processes (SOPs) for assembly tasks.
• Stay on schedule - You’ll work efficiently to meet deadlines without cutting corners. Punctuality, focus, and pride in your work will help you stay on track while delivering high-quality results.
• Learn, grow, and level up - In your first two months, you’ll be paired with a Senior Technician who’ll show you the ropes. You’ll get hands-on training and build a solid understanding of how our machines and processes work.

Requirements

• Hands-on know-how - You’re confident with tools, mechanical parts, and diagrams and you enjoy figuring out how things fit and function. If something needs building, fixing, or improving, you're ready to dive in.
• An eye for the details - You take pride in precision. Whether you're aligning components or spotting tiny defects, you know the little things make a big difference.
• Steady focus, steady hands - You’ve got solid hand-eye coordination and can stay calm and focused, even during repetitive or delicate tasks. Quality stays high, no matter the pace.
• A problem-solving mindset - You don’t just follow instructions, you think critically. If something’s not quite right, you troubleshoot quickly and keep the process moving.
• A get-it-done attitude - You work efficiently, stay organised, and always aim to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
