Cloud Soluion Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures that balance scalability, security, cost efficiency, and operational stability.
• Translate business goals, compliance requirements, and technical constraints into actionable cloud designs.
• Define and implement governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust, GDPR, regulated environments).
• Ensure architectures are production-ready, including monitoring, resilience, backup strategies, and operational processes.
• Work closely with Cloud DevOps Engineers and Operations teams to ensure architectural decisions are implemented and operated correctly.
• Advise technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear recommendations and well-founded decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a
• Cloud Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of
• cloud platforms
• such as Azure, AWS, or multi-cloud environments
• Experience designing
• enterprise-grade, regulated, or mission-critical systems
• Solid understanding of
• cloud operations, security, and cost control

Standards & documentation

Define architectural standards and create clear documentation to ensure consistency and long-term maintainability.

Experience with

Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps concepts

• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and business stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus
