Sales Associate - Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, start conversations and offer thoughtful, knowledgeable advice.
• Learn the stories behind Monocle’s products so that you can make recommendations with confidence.
• Help the team meet sales goals while keeping the shop looking its best.
• Support the day-to-day running of the shop, from keeping inventory and merchandising to opening and closing tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver the high standards our customers expect.

Who you are

You’re reliable, attentive to detail and comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy working with people, can stay organised while the shop is busy and are keen to learn. Experience in retail, particularly with clothing or leather goods, is welcome.

Confident speaking with customers in Cantonese and English; conversational Mandarin would be a strong advantage. You will also need to be comfortable using everyday computer tools and eligible to work in Hong Kong.

This is a part-time position for three days per week. We offer a flexible shift schedule but you must be available to work on weekends. Each shift runs from 11.00 to 19.00 with a flexible lunch break.
