Our two intensive programs are designed to fully immerse participants in the life of the church, equipping both men and women for biblically faithful service.

Summer Internship

• Experience ministry during the summer. (2 months, internship)

1-Year Internship

• Discern your calling to church ministry. (12 months, part-time)

Assessment Process

Phase 1 - Apply

• (10-15 minutes questionnaire to collect more detailed employment information)
• Click 'Apply to Position' above!

Phase 2 - Ministry Assessment

• (~60-minute questionnaire covering topics related to being a ministry worker)
• Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent an email with a link to complete your Ministry Assessment.

Phase 3 - Local Interview

The local supervisor(s) for this position will review your application and potentially reach out to conduct an interview.
