HR Operations Associate - Education

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Mandarin Studies, or a related field.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in recruitment, preferably for teachers or education-related roles.
