Senior Angular / JS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Their efforts will empower healthcare professionals with the technology needed to enhance care management, utilization management, and data-driven decision-making—ultimately improving healthcare outcomes for millions of Americans.
• Work with team on new ideas, best practices, and strategies on the front end and backend development for given applications
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable JavaScript code
• Implement innovative applications using Angular
• Utilize Web API using REST
• Identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Help to maintain high-quality code, with various levels of automated tests (unit, integration, performance, and security)

Preferred

• Experience with Kafka
• Experience working with AWS

Front-end Engineer with SaaS experience to develop and enhance a next-generation clinical technology platform. Your day-to-day activities

• Support with Scrum / Agile software development approach (e.g., sprints, standups, retros, planning, pointing, grooming, etc.)
• As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.

You’re a perfect match if you have

• 5+ years of solid hands-on experience in designing & developing front-end applications for web-based applications.
• Experience with the latest UI development frameworks and technologies in the industry, especially Angular 2+
• Understanding of system design and data structures and experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Experience in building “responsive” web applications that use front-end technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, SASS
• Experience with utilizing the latest JS features with TypeScript
• Experience with creating and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with unit/integration testing
• Experience in working with Agile Teams
• Experience with code management systems like Git
