Senior Associate - Data

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support internal and customer MI/BI needs.
Deliver and enhance performance dashboards for operational teams and external clients.
Build complex T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
Develop datasets, semantic models, and data structures for Power BI reporting.
Ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing, debugging, and validation.
Create and maintain report models using SQL Server, Power BI, and other reporting tools

Develop data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory.
Build and optimise Azure SQL database structures for performance and reliability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery of reporting assets.
Ensure adherence to data engineering and software development standards.

Work closely with business users to clarify requirements and support data interpretation.
Collaborate with developers, BI engineers, and analysts to deliver shared reporting outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring timely delivery of accurate data.
Liaise with third‑party vendors as required throughout the development lifecycle.

Contribute to improving reporting patterns, development standards, and team processes.
Support colleagues through guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Champion modern, automated, test‑driven approaches within the reporting function.
