Founding Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle—from identifying customer pain points to UI/UX design, through 0-to-1 full-stack engineering, and final product shipment.
• Travel to manufacturing customers across the country and work directly with real-world users to validate and iterate on product concepts.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 Base + 0.5% - 1.25% Equity

0-to-1 builds. The successful candidate will own the full-stack product lifecycle: scoping, designing, shipping, and iterating in the field. This role requires travel with the founding team to factory floors in the Midwest and Southeast to meet customers face-to-face and design/build exactly what they require.
