Program Manager

Responsibilities

Establish, manage, and maintain Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Maintenance Data System (MDS), and Inactive Equipment Maintenance (IEM) programs in accordance with Government directives
Oversee maintenance databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with prescribed standards
Prepare and submit weekly status reports, 13-week reports, and force revision reports
Identify recurring maintenance program issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements
Document lessons learned and best practices and communicate them to stakeholders
Maintain coordination with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands
Attend and contribute to maintenance meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on work requests and issues
Supervise and direct contractor maintenance personnel and ensure program execution aligns with operational goals

Strong expertise in maintenance data systems, asset lifecycle management, and program oversight
Advanced proficiency in technical documentation, manuals, and engineering drawings
Working knowledge of maintenance directives, procedures, and compliance standards
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
