Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily branch operations, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest health and safety standards.

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner DRIVES ENGAGEMENT : Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organisation achieve its objectives What we are looking for: Drive to inspire a high-performing team and keep the branch running at its best Enjoys motivating, coaching, developing and holding the team accountable Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and colleagues and handle escalations with calm confidence Solid grasp of branch operations and sales processes, comfortable working across day-to-day activities Able to use performance data to spot trends, prioritise actions and make commercial decisions Practical IT skills to manage stock, sales and workflows using our systems daily Proactive, organised and results-driven mindset
