Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer complaints, concerns, and internal quality issues Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions (RCCA) Manage supplier quality, including approvals, audits, and supply‑chain improvement Support part qualification and change management (PPAP / sample approval) Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 80079‑34, CSA standards Conduct internal and process audits Manage non‑conformances across customer, supplier, internal, and audit activities Support continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) projects Promote quality awareness and Health & Safety across the business
