Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review design plans, technical reports, and specifications Mentor junior staff and contribute to a growing team Lead and manage water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion Develop project deliverables, permitting, bidding and construction administration Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal teams to ensure project success

Responsibilities include

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering field Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and distribution/collection systems Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, and GIS Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred: PE License (or ability to obtain in Texas) Understanding of treatment processes

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the EPP after a qualifying period.
