Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate commissioning activities on the existing CGL furnace.
• Supervise testing, start-up and commissioning operations.
• Monitor equipment and process performance during commissioning.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure commissioning activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical support and recommendations throughout the intervention.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements : Proven experience in commissioning Continuous Galvanizing Lines (CGL). Strong technical knowledge of CGL furnace systems and processes. Specific experience with SELAS furnaces, particularly those equipped with a DFF (Direct Fired Furnace), is highly desirable. Good understanding of the CGL process and furnace operating principles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an industrial service or commissioning environment. Ability to work on site in an international industrial environment. Availability for a 2-week on-site assignment.
