Final Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete final product assembly, building pallets and cleaning and packaging finished products.
• Be present and engaged in the designated work area during scheduled work hours.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork at the time of task completion.
• Lead by example and embody company values in daily work.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in all safety training and adhere to Fulcrum’s adopted safety practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Familiarity with both metric and imperial measuring systems and ability to accurately use measuring tools.
• Competence in reading and interpreting CAD and inventor drawings for accurate layout work.
• Team-oriented mindset with effective time management skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated quality work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with hand tools and handheld power tools.
• Dedication to good housekeeping by keeping the work area clean and organized.

Work Environment

Physically demanding role involving regular bending, stooping, crawling, and standing on a concrete shop floor. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required on the shop floor (all PPE provided). Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
