Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

Responsibilities

• Administrative support.
• We handle insurance, billing, and credentialing, and clients book into the availability you set.

Requirements

• A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• A Master’s degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• We're looking for therapists who bring
• A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
• Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
• A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals

What you'll bring

Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
• Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
