• Pick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.)
• Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale
• Run tight feedback loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat
• Automate whatever is working so we can scale

Requirements

• Exceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA).
• Strong communication.
• Ability to code (TypeScript-first).
• Track record running successful, large-scale growth strategies
