About the

Programme

Our Technology Internship programme invites you to spend

12 weeks fully embedded in one of our teams, tackling impactful projects that drive technological advancement and deliver meaningful business impact.

You'll

receive formal training and comprehensive support from a dedicated buddy and mentor who will guide your development and help you navigate the organisation.

Your projects will span cutting-edge technology domains such as software development,

DevOps and data engineering, with the opportunity to enhance our quantitative investment platform, integrate new datasets, extend our execution and order management systems, and contribute to our core technology platform. You will build a deep understanding of our business and the financial markets by working closely with teams across Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Responsible Investment, Operations and more, and you'll have the chance to present your project to senior management.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be offered a full-time position on our Technology Foundation Programme, our graduate scheme for launching exceptional technology careers at Man Group.
