Associate Producer

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are clearly defined
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items to support the execution of project tasks
• Assist in developing key project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and process guidelines
• Assist in tracking project budgets and timelines, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to deadlines

Candidates should have

• 1-3+ years of experience in digital project management or production, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing department
• ​​Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic project environments

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Support the coordination of cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and strategy, to ensure project objectives are met

Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure all deliverables incorporate the brand's feedback and meet expectations

The target range of base compensation for this role is $65,000 - 90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
