• As a Flex Officer, you are the versatile expert who ensures operational continuity and site safety. Your day-to-day includes:

Requirements

• Providing high-level concierge services to clients, tenants, and guests. Strong customer service skills are paramount to your success in this role.
• We are looking for professionals who are dependable, adaptable, and tech-savvy.
• Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Email is essential.
• Credentials: Must possess or be able to acquire a valid Illinois PERC card.
• 18+ years old, HS Diploma/GED, able to pass drug/background screens, and physically capable of foot patrols and walking stairs in various conditions.

Direct Visibility

Work closely with and report directly to the Leadership Team.

We are also currently seeking a dedicated, site-specific Flex Officer for a premier client location in Rolling Meadows.

Risk Mitigation

Conducting critical foot patrols to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the property.

Advanced Surveillance

• Utilizing CCTV and modern security technology to maintain site safety.
• Access Control: Managing professional entry/exit protocols for corporate and commercial sites.

Communication

• Interfacing with clients and leadership via professional email and digital reporting.
• Shift Availability
• We are currently filling the following high-priority slots:

Full-Time

1st , 2nd and 3rd , Shifts (Includes weekends).

Experience

Minimum 1 year of security experience.

Technical Skills

Mobility: Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites (covering the Downers Grove through Rosemont areas)
