Responsibilities

Identify and resolve both electrical and mechanical faults in technical systems, working closely with our operational supervisors.
Work directly with machine suppliers to solve complex technical issues.
Analyze recurring issues, prevent future breakdowns, and implement structural improvements.
Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability.
Initiate and implement improvements to make our systems smarter and more efficient every day.

Technical degree (MBO level 3 or higher).
2–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance position.
Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measuring and camera systems.
Interest in working with software tools such as CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA systems.
VCA training and NEN 3140 certification are a plus.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
You work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
