Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions
• Take ownership of features or modules from development through production
• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, security, and performance
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, cloud deployments, and release automation
• Produce clear technical and architectural documentation
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to tools, frameworks, and approaches

As a

Full Stack Software Developer

, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, production grade applications for our clients. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, contributing to technical decisions and mentoring junior developers.

This role suits developers who enjoy solving complex problems, working across the stack, and seeing their solutions used in real world environments.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using modern frameworks and architectures
• Review code and mentor junior developers

• Strong experience with front end frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript)
• Solid back end development experience (e.g. Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Python, Ruby on Rails)
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows

Exposure to containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

• Familiarity or interest in low code / automation platforms is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑ functional teams
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
