Data Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Collaborate with data engineers to resolve data issues

• Onboard new hires and train them on using data tools and processes efficiently
• Manage JIRA workflows, track support requests, and ensure timely resolution of data issues
• Contribute to data documentation
• Contribute to extending data coverage (live collection and backfills)
